At 9:00AM, June 6^th, 2018, the Humanity Foundation with BI Lab held the talk show about team work skills and project presentation. The program belongs to the series of the soft skills and career orientation activities for students.

The speaker today is Mr Vu Manh Cuong, CTO of Wilmar CLV Group. Mr Vu Manh Cuong had lots of working experience in software development and recently successfully deployed Information Technology solutions to many companies.

In university side, there had the presence of Master. Nguyen Quang Hung – Vice President of BI Lab students of Faculty of Information Systems.

The talk show related to 2 main contents, these are team work skill and project presentation skills. The foreign recruiter focus on 2 skills in interview. Nowadays, information technology grow so fast, so team work and presentation skills are crucial more ever.

Working in group becomes more popular in company, focus on task sharing and collaboration. Actually, for some tasks, 1 individual cannot cover all or not achieve the best results, so that team work is the method of solving problem in most effective way.

All students listened to the meaningful and funny sharing of Mr Vu Manh Cuong. There had been an open talk about the role of team work, how to organize and lead/run the team well, and how to solve the conflicts in group that some students may be faced with before.

Besides that, Mr Cuong shared more about 13 tools should use in team work. In order to help students apply all sharing today, Mr Cuong held the small game for students.
