The Faculty of Information Systems identifies the training perspective that should be revolved around four educational focuses according to UNESCO standards: “Learning to know, Learning to do, Learning to be and Learning to live together”

Based on this viewpoint, the educational philosophy of UEL, as well as FIS is: “Encouraging the learners’ improvements and development. Developing the learners’ potential to the fullest to enable them to incorporate academic knowledge absorbed from educational program into new ideals in practice to donate their knowledge to society and facilitate their work effectively and efficiently.”
