Recently, the strong development of information technology and multimedia, especially e-commerce services and business model based on information technology, brings competitive advantages for all companies and benefits for consumers. The conference aims to encourage the community of researchers all over the world to share valuable knowledge and experience in: data mining and data analysis, digital signal processing and digital images, multimedia, virtual reality, human-computer interaction, blockchain and digital money, IoTs, artificial intelligence, information security, ...
