Key responsibility
- Perform requirements gathering and analysis clients business need, including a thorough understanding of business requirement and translate them into business Requirement specification, software requirement specification and user acceptance criteria.
- Elicit requirements by using BA techniques such as interviews, brainstorming, spec workshop, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis
- Strongly experienced on designing mockup, wireframe and prototype
- Strongly experience on BPMN tool and adapt to (SOP) standard operation process and business flow inside client organization.
- Work closely with team leaders and application teams to fulfil test requirements
- Liaise actively with business users for any requirement clarification.
- Work closely with various teams to ensure timely delivery for both testing and requirement analysis.
- Work with stakeholders to assess the client's business needs and business processes (current and future)
- Work together with BA Manager, Business Analysts, testing analyst and Developers to meet the objective and performance goals of the project as defined in the requirements.
- Assist in software quality assurance, testing and developing during SDLC
- Join end to end testing to deliver the high quality shippable products
- Involve UAT (User acceptance testing) and business user training to be ready system go-live.
Skill Requirements
- From 0 to 3 years experiencing working as business analyst role ( BPMN is a big plus )
- Experience with Agile Software Development Methodologies including hosting refinement meeting, identify MVP (minimum viable product), writing user stories and user acceptance criteria.
- High commitment and excellent team spirit
- Good at negotiation, presentation, problem solving and communication skills
